Description

These beautiful 1000 piece jigsaw puzzles are designed by Native Artists. Relax your mind, relieve stress and enjoy the same benefits of meditation with the soothing art of Canada's most prestigious Native American artists. The puzzle comes in a 26.5cm x 20.5cm x 6cm box, and is 50cm x 70cm when finished (1000 pieces). Printed on high-quality and matte-laminated cardboard.

The Bear puzzle is designed by Chipewyan Artist John Rombough. The Breath of Life puzzle is design by Métis Artist Leah Dorion. The Medicine Turtle puzzle is designed by Odawa-Pottawatomi Artist James Jacko.

The below size chart converts UK, EU and US foot sizes. The cm measurement is to be measured from your heel to your toe. Most of our shoes fit the same as your regular shoe size, however each individual product has information with recommended sizing. Please see individual product page for more detailed sizing recommendations. Please also click on this link for a PDF printout to help you with child sizing. *Be sure to cross-reference this chart with the specific product page size recommendations. (If this chart says you are an 8½, but our product page recommends ordering a size 7 for a US 8½, order accordingly) 

 

 

Refunds

All returns must have a RA (return authorization) on the label, please contact us first via email and we'll provide a RMA number and the address to return to.  

To attain an RA:
Please email us at info@thebrownbear.ca, and state your order number, and what you'd like (refund or exchange). If you have not received an answer within 48 hours, please be sure to check your junk, or promotions folder, in case our response went there. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original condition WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE - (NO EXCEPTIONS)*  for an exchange or refund.  DO NOT write or label the box, please wrap it first.

If a refund is required, only the purchase and taxes will be refunded, not the shipping. Please note that the customer pays for return shipping via POSTAL SERVICE. We cannot accept any COD return. Indicate clearly "RETURN FOR EXCHANGE ONLY".

Please note that should a partial return for refund be the case,  which would cause your order to no longer qualify for free shipping, shipping charges will be subtracted from your refund.

  • Water bottles

The return tab on the individual product page may specify if an item may not be returned.

Package must not be damaged, written on, or taped.

**BLACK FRIDAY/CYBER MONDAY DEALS - REFUNDS:
Please note that when a refund is requested on returns made that had Black Friday/Cyber Monday discounts may result in your order not qualifying for those discounts. The amount refunded will reflect which discount category your remaining order qualifies for (or doesn't qualify for).

**CHRISTMAS GIFTS/ORDERS:
Return period is extended for Christmas orders. Please be sure to contact us by January 15 to facilitate returns/exchanges of Christmas gifts.
