Description

These ladies' moccasin boots offer unique style and traditional comfort. They are Canadian handmade from genuine suede leather in a lovely dark tan color that matches any casual outfit. The floral embossed suede pattern on the vamp and boot shaft makes these ladies' rubber sole ankle moccasin boots so fashionable. They also feature a stylish fringe around the footbed. These women's Native-style moccasins are ankle high and reach approximately 6" tall from the ground up. They have rawhide laces for tightening, and the vamp are double-stitched. These women's moccasin boots have a durable outdoor rubber sole perfect for wearing on any adventure. The interior is genuine suede, which feels wonderfully soft and flexible, and they have a foam-padded insole for added comfort.

We carry ladies' sizes 5-10. They fit the same as your regular shoe size, for half sizes, go down to the nearest whole size. (8 ½ order size 8)

The below size chart converts UK, EU and US foot sizes. The cm measurement is to be measured from your heel to your toe. Most of our shoes fit the same as your regular shoe size, however each individual product has information with recommended sizing. Please see individual product page for more detailed sizing recommendations. Please also click on this link for a PDF printout to help you with child sizing. *Be sure to cross-reference this chart with the specific product page size recommendations. (If this chart says you are an 8½, but our product page recommends ordering a size 7 for a US 8½, order accordingly) 

 

 

All returns must have a RA (return authorization) on the label, please contact us first via email and we'll provide a RMA number and the address to return to.

Alternatively you can email us at info@thebrownbear.ca, and state your order number, and what you'd like (refund or exchange). If you have not received an answer within 48 hours, please be sure to check your junk, or promotions folder, in case our response went there. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original condition WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE - (NO EXCEPTIONS)*  for an exchange or refund.  DO NOT write or label the box, please wrap it first.

If a refund is required, only the purchase and taxes will be refunded, not the shipping. Please note that the customer pays for return shipping via POSTAL SERVICE. We cannot accept any COD return. Indicate clearly "RETURN FOR EXCHANGE ONLY".

Please note that should a partial return for refund be the case,  which would cause your order to no longer qualify for free shipping, shipping charges will be subtracted from your refund.
