Description
These women's moccasin slippers are warm and cozy, perfect for colder months. They are Canadian handmade from genuine elk hide leather in a rich maple color. These women's genuine leather moccasin slippers are completely lined with a cozy and warm fleece lining throughout the entire moccasin. They have an added soft padded insole perfect for indoor use and contrasting dark rawhide laces for gentle tightening if necessary. Each vamp is carefully hand-stitched on these moccasins and we carry them in women's sizes 5-10. These women's fleece lined moccasins are hand-crafted by a Canadian company called Laurentian Chief / Eugene Cloutier Inc. manufactured in Saint-Emile, in the northern suburbs of Quebec city. These ladies elk hide, fleece lined moccasin slippers fit true to size. These moccasins do not come in half sizes. If you wear a half size, go down to the next full size. (8 ½ order size 8) When you first put on a pair of sheepskin slippers, they should fit snugly as the suede and sheepskin will stretch.

Elk Hide
Elk is a wild animal, so therefore incurs wounds and scarring during its lifetime. These scars and marks can show up in the leather as what may appear to be imperfections, but in fact are unique to each pair of moccasins. They are part of the animal's story line.
