Description

These fashionable women's UGG-style sheepskin slippers are cozy, warm and easy to slip on and off. For more information and product photos visit our blog "Indoor No More: The Slipper Revolution". They are crafted from a combination of water resistant, natural Australian sheep suede on the outside and thick reverse shearling fur on the inside. These' women's sheepskin slippers have a stylish braid around the opening of the slipper which gives it a unique look. The sole is made of soft and flexible rubber providing extra cushioning while insulating your feet from cold floors. Sheepskin is a natural, durable fabric made to withstand the elements, which is why it is such a popular material for insulating winter footwear. These slip-on sheepskin slippers come in a chestnut brown color and we carry women's sizes 5 to 11. They fit the same as your regular shoe size. If you wear a half size, order down to the nearest full size (8 ½, order size 8).

We do recommend that you waterproof your new slippers with our Volant Waterproof Protector shoe spray.

Care & Clearning

To clean these sheepskin slippers, moisten the entire surface of the boots with clean, cold water. Apply a small amount of cleaner & conditioner (we recommend Kookaburra Wash) to a clean, wet sponge. Gently scrub to clean the entire area. Sheepskin has a delicate surface which can be damaged if scrubbed aggressively.  It is best to treat them with a leather protector before you start wearing these slippers.

The below size chart converts UK, EU and US foot sizes. The cm measurement is to be measured from your heel to your toe. Most of our shoes fit the same as your regular shoe size, however each individual product has information with recommended sizing. Please see individual product page for more detailed sizing recommendations. Please also click on this link for a PDF printout to help you with child sizing. *Be sure to cross-reference this chart with the specific product page size recommendations. (If this chart says you are an 8½, but our product page recommends ordering a size 7 for a US 8½, order accordingly) 

 

 

Refunds

All returns must have a RA (return authorization) on the label, please contact us first via email and we'll provide a RMA number and the address to return to.  

To attain an RA:
Please email us at info@thebrownbear.ca, and state your order number, and what you'd like (refund or exchange). If you have not received an answer within 48 hours, please be sure to check your junk, or promotions folder, in case our response went there. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original condition WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE - (NO EXCEPTIONS)*  for an exchange or refund.  DO NOT write or label the box, please wrap it first.

If a refund is required, only the purchase and taxes will be refunded, not the shipping. Please note that the customer pays for return shipping via POSTAL SERVICE. We cannot accept any COD return. Indicate clearly "RETURN FOR EXCHANGE ONLY".

Please note that should a partial return for refund be the case,  which would cause your order to no longer qualify for free shipping, shipping charges will be subtracted from your refund.
