Description

Enjoy these cozy unisex moccasin slippers perfect for indoor use as a house shoe. These men's and women's moccasin slippers have a warm and toasty fleece lining. The exterior is soft and durable genuine suede leather in a Mocka Brown colour. Part of what sets these soft sole moccasin slippers apart is the plush and soft real sheepskin cuff/collar around the footbed. These ladies/mens moccasin slippers have a double layer soft suede sole with an embossed Indian chief head, making them ideal for indoor use. Due to their unisex sizing, they would be suitable for women with wide feet. 

They are easy to slip on and off and we carry sizes W8(M6)-W12(M10). Order the same as your regular shoe size. They do not come in half sizes. For half sizes go down to the nearest full size. (8 ½ order size 8) Genuine suede leather should fit snugly at first as the leather will stretch and mold to your foot for a comfortable fit. The length should always feel right when you first put the moccasins on. (your toe should never feel like it is busting out of the seam)

The below size chart converts UK, EU and US foot sizes. The cm measurement is to be measured from your heel to your toe. Most of our shoes fit the same as your regular shoe size, however each individual product has information with recommended sizing. Please see individual product page for more detailed sizing recommendations. Please also click on this link for a PDF printout to help you with child sizing. *Be sure to cross-reference this chart with the specific product page size recommendations. (If this chart says you are an 8½, but our product page recommends ordering a size 7 for a US 8½, order accordingly) 

 

 

Refunds

All returns must have a RA (return authorization) on the label, please contact us first via email and we'll provide a RMA number and the address to return to.  

To attain an RA:
Please email us at info@thebrownbear.ca, and state your order number, and what you'd like (refund or exchange). If you have not received an answer within 48 hours, please be sure to check your junk, or promotions folder, in case our response went there. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original condition WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE - (NO EXCEPTIONS)*  for an exchange or refund.  DO NOT write or label the box, please wrap it first.

If a refund is required, only the purchase and taxes will be refunded, not the shipping. Please note that the customer pays for return shipping via POSTAL SERVICE. We cannot accept any COD return. Indicate clearly "RETURN FOR EXCHANGE ONLY".

Please note that should a partial return for refund be the case,  which would cause your order to no longer qualify for free shipping, shipping charges will be subtracted from your refund.
