Description

These superb men's moccasins are crafted in Canada from genuine elk hide in a rich Maple Tan color. Please enjoy our blog post about these moccasins, "The Ultimate Loafer’s Loafer". Elk hide is extremely soft and subtle yet durable and strong. These quality men's loafer-style moccasin shoes have a suede interior and comfortable cushioning in the footbed. They have a durable black outdoor Kabir rubber sole, making them ideal for indoor or outdoor use. Some other features of these men's Native American-style moccasins are the rawhide laces you can use for tightening and the hand-stitched vamp. We carry men's sizes 7-13. These men's rubber sole moccasin shoes fit the same as your regular shoe size, for half sizes, order up to the nearest whole size. (8 ½ or size 9)

Elk Hide

Elk is a wild animal, so therefore incurs wounds and scarring during its lifetime. These scars and marks can show up in the leather as what may appear to be imperfections, but in fact are unique to each pair of moccasins. They are part of the animal's story line.

The below size chart converts UK, EU and US foot sizes. The cm measurement is to be measured from your heel to your toe. Most of our shoes fit the same as your regular shoe size, however each individual product has information with recommended sizing. Please see individual product page for more detailed sizing recommendations. Please also click on this link for a PDF printout to help you with child sizing. *Be sure to cross-reference this chart with the specific product page size recommendations. (If this chart says you are an 8½, but our product page recommends ordering a size 7 for a US 8½, order accordingly) 

 

 

All returns must have a RA (return authorization) on the label, please contact us first via email and we'll provide a RMA number and the address to return to.

Alternatively you can email us at info@thebrownbear.ca, and state your order number, and what you'd like (refund or exchange). If you have not received an answer within 48 hours, please be sure to check your junk, or promotions folder, in case our response went there. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original condition WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE - (NO EXCEPTIONS)*  for an exchange or refund.  DO NOT write or label the box, please wrap it first.

If a refund is required, only the purchase and taxes will be refunded, not the shipping. Please note that the customer pays for return shipping via POSTAL SERVICE. We cannot accept any COD return. Indicate clearly "RETURN FOR EXCHANGE ONLY".

Please note that should a partial return for refund be the case,  which would cause your order to no longer qualify for free shipping, shipping charges will be subtracted from your refund.
