These quality men's moccasins are crafted in Canada from genuine elk hide in a rich maple tan color. Read our blog post about these moccasins "The Ultimate Loafer’s Loafer". Elk hide is extremely soft and subtle yet durable and strong. These quality men's loafer style moccasin shoes have a suede interior and a comfortable cushioning in the foot-bed. They have a durable outdoor rubber sole in black making them ideal of either indoor our outdoor use.
Some other features with these men's Native American style moccasins is the rawhide laces you can use for tightening and the hand-stitched vamp. We carry men's sizes 7-13 and the same style is also available for women. They are handmade in Canada by Laurentian Chief who has been manufacturing moccasins since 1945. They represent three generations of artisans whose craftsmanship is inspired by aboriginal art. These men's outdoor or indoor moccasin shoes fit true to size. Order the same as your regular shoe size. They do not come in half sizes. For half sizes go up to the next full size. (10 ½ order size 11) Genuine leather should fit snugly at first as the leather will stretch and mold to your foot for a comfortable fit. The length should always feel right when you first put the moccasins on. (your toe should never feel like it is busting out of the seam)

Elk Hide
Elk is a wild animal, so therefore incurs wounds and scarring during its lifetime. These scars and marks can show up in the leather as what may appear to be imperfections, but in fact are unique to each pair of moccasins. They are part of the animal's story line.
