The exterior of these men's moccasin slippers are durable and high-quality genuine moose hide suede. They have a soft suede leather sole, perfect for an indoor slipper or house shoe. These men's moccasins are a natural tan color and are hand-crafted by Native American Indians from Canada. You can tighten these handmade moccasins with the leather laces that go through the back. Start enjoying warm feet with these men's moccasin slippers in men's sizes 7-13. These authentic men's moccasin slippers fit true to size. They do not come in half sizes. If you wear a half size, go down to the nearest full size. (10 ½ order size 10) Moccasin slippers should fit snug when you first put them on since they will loosen and stretch to mold to your feet. The below size chart converts UK, EU and US foot sizes. The cm measurement is to be measured from your heel to your toe. Most of our shoes fit the same as your regular shoe size, however each individual product has information with recommended sizing. Please see individual product page for more detailed sizing recommendations. Please also click on this link for a PDF printout to help you with child sizing. *Be sure to cross-reference this chart with the specific product page size recommendations. (If this chart says you are an 8½, but our product page recommends ordering a size 7 for a US 8½, order accordingly) 

 

 

Refunds

All returns must have a RA (return authorization) on the label, please contact us first via email and we'll provide a RMA number and the address to return to.  

To attain an RA:
Please email us at info@thebrownbear.ca, and state your order number, and what you'd like (refund or exchange). If you have not received an answer within 48 hours, please be sure to check your junk, or promotions folder, in case our response went there. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original condition WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE - (NO EXCEPTIONS)*  for an exchange or refund.  DO NOT write or label the box, please wrap it first.

If a refund is required, only the purchase and taxes will be refunded, not the shipping. Please note that the customer pays for return shipping via POSTAL SERVICE. We cannot accept any COD return. Indicate clearly "RETURN FOR EXCHANGE ONLY".

Please note that should a partial return for refund be the case,  which would cause your order to no longer qualify for free shipping, shipping charges will be subtracted from your refund.
